You’ve landed here for a reason.
Maybe things feel tangled—emotionally and relationally, increasingly feeling overwhelmed and thinking negative and self-critical thoughts.
You might be managing behaviours that have started to feel too much: internet porn, alcohol, drugs, or patterns that once soothed but now leave you feeling stuck. Perhaps there’s a sense of anxiety about the future, or a quiet suspicion that something deeper—like ADHD, an anxiety disorder, or another undiagnosed condition—is shaping your experience in ways that haven’t yet been named.
This space is for people who are navigating complexity.
Not broken. Not failing. Just human—and ready to explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
Whether you're wrestling with relationships, trying to make sense of your reactions, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the pace of life, you're not alone. Here, we work together to untangle the threads, understand the patterns, and build clarity with compassion.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to start
"I wasn’t sure. Honestly, I thought therapy was for people with major issues - but I could see that if I didn't get support I could be going the same way. I realised I was stuck. Work was getting harder to manage, I felt stressed and low, and things with my partner were becoming distant. I was using porn more than I wanted to, and while it helped me cope, I knew it wasn’t helping me move forward. I just didn’t know what else to do.
Eventually, I gave therapy a shot. I figured—what’s the worst that could happen? Turns out, it wasn’t weird or awkward. It was actually pretty interesting. Yeah, some parts were emotional and tough, but it also felt natural. We talked, I thought things through, and slowly I started connecting the dots. I could finally see what was going on underneath it all.
Working with Andy gave me space to figure things out and build a plan. Now I feel more clear-headed, confident, and I’m not stuck in that same place anymore."
